About Us
Georgia Evans has served small businesses for over 20 years. She began her career as a bookkeeper and office manager for an equipment dealership in Norfolk, Virginia where her management skills and decision making ability quickly lead her into the position of general manager. Under her leadership Georgia restructured this company and within two years was able to show a positive bottom line. Georgia relocated to southwest Montana in 1999 after her husband retired from the US Navy. After arriving in Montana Georgia decided to expand the knowledge that she had gained previously and further her education in the accounting field. While doing this she accepted the position of controller for a nationally recognized manufacturing company. Again Georgia was able to restructure certain aspects of this company to ensure a positive bottom line. During this time Georgia also began developing her own business servicing the accounting and management needs of small businesses in the area After completing her formal accounting education and combining that with her knowledge of small businesses Georgia incorporated Professional Management Systems which now has local offices in both Southwest Montana and Northwest Florida. Because of her experience Georgia still realizes that small businesses need professional accounting services that are priced realistically for the small business. Georgia still believes that the small business owner needs to know more that what his/her tax return states. They need to know more than the bottom line, they need to know how they got there and what direction they are headed. Georgia believes that the service she performs is a very personal one and respects it as such. She has a reputation for developing friendships with each of her clients. Georgia provides each client with her cell phone number and takes pride in the fact that they can reach her when they need to do so.
